With May well underway, now’s a great time of year to go shopping for bridesmaids dresses, if you haven’t already. The nice thing about bridesmaids dresses is they are often “casual” and “flexible” enough to be worn for other occasions, such as prom, a holiday party or even just a night out on the town.

Twitter or Facebook?
To those who ask whether they should use Facebook or Twitter for their social media needs, I say both! After all, if you’re going to be promoting Woodwick candles, why do it with just one social network when you can easily do it with both?
Increased traffic? More visitors? More downloads? Who doesn’t want those and the other perks that come along with blog promotion? Whether you want to promote medical scrubs or kids clothes, or your very own Etsy store (a great source for everything from dog collars to laptop decals to tungsten rings, then here are some great online communities that are worth checking out:

I’m tired
I have a habit of jumping back online at night to wrap up work I didn’t do earlier in the evening. While it’s nice to get a head start on the following morning, it kind of sucks because I wind up working far longer than I should be. Right now, for instance, it’s going on 10:00pm, and I haven’t even taken a shower, when I originally planned on getting into bed for relaxation & TV by 10:00pm. Oh well. What can I say? I was working, reading about the controversy of selling aircraft parts supplies online, and then got wrapped up in my RSS feed. Pleh. Oh well — I can sleep when I’m dead.

I’m so lucky lucky
You know what’s funny? Getting hooked on songs because I’ve heard them in the kids’ video games (like “Battles” by Atlas, which I first heard in Little Big Planet; and “Sleepyhead” by Passion Pit, which I first heard in a Sprint commercial). Now I’m hooked on a new song — Lucky Twice’s “I’m So Lucky Lucky“. Isn’t it cute?!
