Anyone can be a blogger, but what makes a blogger a good blogger? In my opinion, several things, including:

• a passion for blogging – you can’t exactly blog about mens wedding bands unless you have a passion for the subject, right?
• updating regularly – nothing saddens a blogger more than a neglected blog
• a well-designed layout – whether it’s pre-made or something you’ve made on your own, it should look decent
• an interest in their readers – finding out what your readers are saying will help you be a better blogger!
• knowing how to do at least the very basics in HTML — if you can’t manually code in a link, then in my opinion you have no business blogging

I’ve been blogging for well over a decade now. While I am not the most expert blogger out there, I’m certainly well beyond the beginner stage, which is where these opinions come from.
