Because all of my layouts are CSS-driven (that’s Cascading Style Sheets for you newbies), when I look for layout inspiration I don’t look for sites and galleries that feature HTML/graphic/Flash driven sites. Instead, I look for CSS. For me, XHTML is the code that puts in the basic framework, while it’s the CSS that adds all of the pretty colors and layers and effects.
