I’m a really big fan of Vince Vaughn. He’s one of my favorite actors and I like him even better when he’s paired up with Owen Wilson (you should check out The Internship, too, if you haven’t).
Red Box has the following description posted online, “Affable underachiever David Wozniak’s mundane life gets twisted into a knot when he finds out that he fathered 533 children through sperm donations he made twenty years ago. In debt to the mob and rejected by his pregnant girlfriend, things couldn’t look worse for David when he’s hit with a lawsuit from 142 of the 533 twentysomethings who want to know the identity of their father. As David struggles to decide whether or not he should reveal his identity, he embarks on a journey that leads him to discover not only his true self, but the father he could become as well.”
I try to save money whenever possible. My two main New Year’s Resolutions were you lose a little bit of weight and manage my money better. I know what you’re thinking… we’re over halfway through the month of April and I’m talking about resolutions that I made four months ago!
Anyway, I’ve turned to several apps and websites to help me out with my goal. After all, it’s the 21st Century so I might as well start using the technology to it’s fullest (even though I’m far away from that yet).
I heard about the website Mint a person at my bank. It’s a great way to track my spending and saving and I can directly link it to my bank account and the website pulls over information and trends to budget with. This is a really helpful, and free to sign up for so I recommend it!
Every year on Easter, I like to make a big breakfast for my family. The kids will hunt for hidden Easter eggs before we go to church. Last year, we made waffles and everybody could put their own toppings on. This year, I think I’m going to do a breakfast casserole.
I found this recipe on a blog (which is where the picture came from as well). I think this is what I’ll be making this year. Check it out on the blog or look below!
1 package (26 ounce) frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups (16 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 – 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
2 cups milk
In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, bacon, 1 and 1/2 cups of cheese, salt, and pepper. Spoon into a greased 13×9 baking dish. In the same large bowl, whisk eggs and milk until smooth; pour over hash brown mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
I really never get sick of finding awesome websites. I love could spend all day looking around online and finding fun, new things. I was super excited when I came across the website Hammacher Schlemmer (they could’ve came up with an easier name, don’t you think!?). Their name is just as unique as their products though, so I think it’s just that much cooler!
They have so many awesome products from outdoor living, home living, sports and leisure, personal items, travel, and electronics. It’s easy to find gifts here for almost anybody! There is such a variety that it’s fun to search through the items.
I have been to my fair share of day spas. I have gone to places because I received a gift card there as a present, have gone with a group of girls for a fun day out for relaxation, or just wanted to check it out.
I have to say that out of any day spa I’ve been to, CloudMover is my favorite. They have the BEST body treatments Orange County has available in the entire area. I’ve had a ton of things here, but my two favorites are their facials and massages. I had my first facial here and loved what it did for my skin. As far as massages go, their menu is so vast that no matter what I want focused on, I always feel so relaxed. Going here is like taking a mini vacation!
